Junior Quality Check Executive – ORM Team (Fresher)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive fresher to join our Online Reputation Management (ORM) team as a Quality Check Executive. The ideal candidate will ensure that all online content, responses, and communications meet the company’s quality standards and help maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and proofread social media posts, comments, blogs, and other online content for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
• Ensure all ORM activities follow brand guidelines and maintain a positive online reputation.
• Monitor online mentions of the brand and flag any issues or inconsistencies.
• Provide feedback to the ORM team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain reports of quality checks and highlight trends or recurring issues.
• Assist the ORM team with routine tasks while learning ORM strategies and tools.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online content.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
