Junior Projects Executive

Position/Designation: - Junior Projects Executive.

# Experience:- 2-3yrs in the same field.

# Qualification:- Diploma in Civil Engineering

# Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata

# Salary:- 2.5-3.0 lac/Annum

# Availability(optional):- Staying near Kolkata Location & has own Bike

# Role & Responsibility:-

1. Prepare Contracts Work Orders (W.O.) and Agreements in coordination with Senior.

2. Prepare scope of work, BOQ terms, and technical specifications.

3. Review and ensure compliance with company’s contractual, commercial, and legal conditions.

4. Maintain proper documentation of contracts and variations.

5. Ensure materials comply with IS codes, drawings, and approved vendor lists.

6. Record Periodic Quality Inspection Reports observations and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) in case of deviations.

7. Liaise with lab/third parties for material and concrete testing.

8. Verify contractor RA bills and final bills against BOQ and executed work.

9. Cross-check quantities with measurement books, site records, and drawings.

10. Validate theoretical vs actual material consumption.

11. Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions before approval.

12. Must know Excel ,Word & Computer proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
