Junior Project Manager

You will work closely with the data engineering team to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Facilitate effective communication between data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, and organize and lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture by encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data engineering. Yum!
