Junior Project Manager | Belgium-based only | Part-time

Role Description

The Junior Project Manager will assist in coordinating and delivering projects, working under the supervision of senior team members. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and preparing reports. The role involves communicating with team members, gathering requirements, and ensuring tasks are completed according to set timelines. The position offers exposure to multiple aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to final execution, and provides the opportunity to build skills in organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Some experience or strong interest in project coordination or management
  • Basic understanding of project management processes and tools
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience preferred
  • Must be currently based in Belgium
