Job Description

Support the execution of
qualitative and quantitative market research projects
under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in setting up surveys, coordinating with field teams, and tracking project progress to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
Help define sample requirements and monitor respondent quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams and field partners to ensure smooth project operations.
Coordinate logistics for fieldwork activities such as
shop-alongs
,
in-depth interviews
, and
city immersions
.
Assist in sourcing and screening
B2B and B2C respondents
for market research studies.
Learn and apply innovative respondent recruitment techniques using digital and offline channels.
Maintain project documentation, update trackers, and support timely reporting to senior managers or clients.
Occasionally accompany clients during field visits or in-person research sessions.
Provide support in managing budgets and resource planning (with supervision).

Desired Candidate Profile:

0.5 to 2 years
of experience in a
market research field agency
,
data collection agency
, or
research operations
team. Freshers with internship experience may also apply.
Exposure to managing or coordinating
consumer, B2B, or healthcare research
projects is a plus.
Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable working with
field teams

, and
translators
.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates based in
Mumbai
or
New Delhi
will be preferred.
