Junior Project Manager

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager L2 responsible for overseeing and managing network and Linux infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing Windows/VMWare/network management/Linux systems projects. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, create project work plans, and assign responsibilities. In terms of Network and Linux Management, you will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and Linux systems, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency. Monitoring system performance, capacity planning, managing software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers and network hardware are crucial aspects of your role. Effective team coordination and communication are essential. You will communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, prepare detailed project reports, and facilitate team meetings and decisions. Additionally, you will provide advanced troubleshooting for network and Linux-related issues, ensuring timely issue resolution to meet SLAs, and maintaining best practices for managing systems and services. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in network and Linux systems management. Proven experience in project management, particularly in an L2 role, is required. Soft skills such as excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment are essential for success in this role.,
