Junior Project Lead

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Project Lead to coordinate and guide project execution. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong technical understanding, leadership potential, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and monitor tasks to ensure projects are executed on time.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and share updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.
• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues.
• Support the team in achieving technical and operational milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in project coordination, team leading, or related role (internships also considered).
• Basic technical skills and eagerness to learn new tools/methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
• Problem-solving attitude with an active and positive approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic project management tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.
