Junior Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Assist senior coordinators in

  planning, scheduling, and project execution

  .
• Prepare

  daily progress reports, quality checklists, and documentation

  .
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams for materials and manpower availability.
• Learn project management tools and apply them in daily activities.
• Ensure proper communication between head office and site team.
• Support in maintaining

  quality and safety records

  at project sites.
• Develop professional skills for future growth into independent roles

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized university (Fresher or up to 2 years of experience).
  
• Candidates with internship/project experience in

  WTP/STP/Water Supply/Infrastructure Projects

  will be preferred.
• Strong academic background with good understanding of civil engineering concepts.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  ; basic knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  
• Willingness to

  travel and work at project sites

  when required.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Based in/ready to relocate to

  Ahmedabad, Gujarat
