Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Coordinator located in Noida. The Program Coordinator will oversee and manage programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, developing new programs, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and collaborating with team members for the successful execution of initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ensuring timely completion of deliverables, fostering effective communication across departments, and identifying opportunities for program improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management and Program Development to oversee and implement organizational initiatives effectively
• Strong skills in Project Management to ensure programs are executed successfully within established timelines and objectives
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders while providing quality support
• Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certification will be an advantage
