Junior Production Engineer

As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior engineers and production staff in their day-to-day activities. Your role will include assisting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, helping to troubleshoot equipment problems, and installing and commissioning machines at customer sites. Additionally, you will need to identify and remove unnecessary items from the work area, classify items, troubleshoot machine-related issues, and document FAT & SAT reports. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior engineers and production staff with daily activities - Support in troubleshooting and resolving production issues - Help troubleshoot equipment problems - Install and commission machines at customer sites - Identify and remove unnecessary items from the work area - Classify items as needed, not needed, or uncertain - Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues - Prepare Daily Service Reports and Work Reports - Conduct Machine Trials - Perform FAT & SAT at Factory & Site - Document FAT & SAT reports Qualifications Required: - BE/B TECH/DIPLOMA in Mechanical In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, you will need to have a strong willingness to learn about production supervision, delegate work to employees, coordinate with other departments, operate machinery, and find solutions to complex problems.
