Position Overview: We are looking for VMC Programmer and Production In-charge with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on programming experience in the precision machining manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMC operation and programming, with proficiency in programming up to 4-axis preferred for this role. Location : Doddanna Industrial Area, 2nd Stage, Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka Please note this is not an IT/software programming role. Responsibilities Develop VMC programs based on engineering drawings and models. Set up and operate VMC machines to produce components with tight tolerances. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations. Conduct tooling and fixture setups, including tool changes and offsets. Perform machine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to optimize machining processes and resolve technical issues. Document programming and machining processes for future reference and continuous improvement. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proficient in PowerMill or any other software Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in VMC programming. Expert in 2d model and fixture making Expertise in VMC 3-axis programming is mandatory . Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., PowerMill, Delcam, UX, Matercam). In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality control, production planning and Quality tools, with proficiency in ISO9001 preferred for this role. Location : Doddanna Industrial Area, 2nd Stage, Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka Please note this is not an IT/software programming role. Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections of machined components at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize defects. Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions. Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices. Interface with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Participate in internal and external quality audits, including ISO and customer audits, and assist in implementing audit findings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of proven experience in quality control within a machining manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of machining processes, materials, and industry standards. Proficient in the use of measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and optical comparators. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with quality control methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
