Job Description

You will be a part of the DCM team, assisting Sr. Product Specialist/Product Specialist DCM in all aspects of DCM origination, Distribution and execution of debt issuances for a cross-section of issuers across corporates, NBFCs, financial institutions, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Product Specialist/Sr. Product specialist on transactions by delivering operational, executional and documentation related assistance - Ensure seamless transaction delivery, client servicing, and post-deal management of the client/transaction - Keep track of market trades/primary transactions to apprise the team on market trends and provide intelligence for mandates - Provide inputs to senior team members about deal pipelines, priorities, deadlines, etc. - Assist in the structuring of bond offerings - Assist in ensuring aspects of bond origination and issuance follow relevant policies and procedures - Collaborate with internal teams (risk, relationship, compliance, etc.) to seek clarifications and conclude on critical deal-related aspects - Contribute to streamline operational workflows to improve client/transaction turnaround timelines - Assist to ensure that DCM transactions adhere to internal risk management guidelines, regulatory requirements, etc. - Assist Relationship management teams in preparation of credit memoranda by providing relevant market-related inputs while seeking limits for Investment transactions - Assist in the resolution of any outstanding exceptions related to the DCM business - Support adequate record-keeping for audit or regulatory purposes - Work closely with senior team members, legal, compliance, operations, and finance teams for smooth deal delivery - Assist senior team members with follow-ups, documentation prep, and administrative tasks to free up bandwidth for them - Collaborate with external stakeholders like exchanges, other DCM outfits, rating agencies, etc. - Lead micro-initiatives (ex. Process improvements/automation, etc.) - Track and organize execution and closing documents - Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel (if any), and issuers for timely documentation flow - Assist Issuers in preparation of Issue related documents and introduce them to relevant external parties like rating agencies, debenture trustees, RTAs, legal counsels, etc. - Maintain records of transactions - Support the team in preparing data/ensuring timely submissions of data to regulators like RBI and SEBI/assisting in regulatory or internal audits **Qualification Required:** - Essential: CA/MBA/Post Graduate diploma in management/Post Graduate degree in science/maths/statistics/economics - Preferred: (same as above),
