Junior Process Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Process Coordinator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and execute backend processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large data sets, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth internal workflow operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain backend operational processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
• Monitor process flow and identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure task completion and information accuracy.
• Maintain databases, records, and documentation as per company protocols.
• Assist with task tracking, status updates, and daily/weekly reporting.
• Ensure quality control across data entry and backend tasks.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar backend/process coordination role (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with task/project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office Suite, and document collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
