The Post. Studio is an Independent Creative Production House based in Bangalore, focused on Branding, Marketing, and Visual Communication. We are a research-oriented and collaborative community that thrives on unique projects and innovative design solutions. As a Performance Marketing Lead, your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media. You will lead the budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, focusing on generating high-quality leads through various digital channels. Additionally, analyzing marketing performance data, identifying trends, and providing data-driven solutions to optimize campaigns will be crucial in maximizing ROI and reducing acquisition costs. Collaboration and leadership are essential aspects of this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Your creative input and guidance will be valuable in brainstorming new growth strategies, identifying insights, and optimizing spend based on performance metrics. Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and collaborating with content teams to optimize content for better visibility and engagement are also key components of this role. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in core Performance Marketing, proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AdWords, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Being data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a high degree of ownership and certifications in SEO and Google and meta ads, are essential requirements. Prior experience in Analytics & Product Management is a plus. As a candidate for this position, you should embody a go-getter attitude with a bias for action, demonstrating a good understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand Marketing.
