Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month + 10% Incentive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior PA / Sales Executive / CRM & Digital Marketing Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, client management, and digital marketing while working closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in daily tasks and coordination
• Handle CRM data, follow up with leads and clients
• Support sales and operations activities
• Work on digital marketing tasks such as social media, content posting, and lead generation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain reports, documentation, and schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-month internship or prior experience in digital marketing, sales, or CRM preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and communication tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
