Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Responsible for handling molds from storage to machine setup. Perform mold loading and unloading on injection molding machines. Assess mold condition to determine suitability for production runs. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and mold revalidation activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records to ensure audit compliance. Provide support during new mold trials and validation processes. Possess strong knowledge of molds and their components. Work experience with injection molding machines ranging from 60 ton to 500-ton capacity. Familiarity with injection molding machine accessories such as Pick and place systems, Machine dryers, Material transfer units. Preferred candidate profile: Educational Qualification (any one of the following): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience Diploma in Injection Molding Technology with 5+ years of relevant experience. Graduation Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience 2. Should have knowledge of injection molding machine basic and fundamental of machine working.
