Role & responsibilities Tool- Die maintenance, regular and preventive maintenance Press machine operating experience Working knowledge and ecperience in Progressive tools, should handle the stamping area of 2-3 Press independently Keeping maintenance records for audit compliance New tool development support Tool life enhancement, knowledge about material would be added advantage. Tool maintanance - Punch resharpening and continious improvement on tool fixture Hands on exp on tool room machine, Surface grinding, Milling and Lathe machine Tool-Die spare parts management Should look after all press and Tool maintenance area , crane operating etc. Managing outsourced work with vendors. Preferred candidate profile 4-5 year exp in Stamping process, should have worked in process, tool development & maintenance Qualification - Diploma in tool die making - NTTF /GTTC would be preffered. Progressive tool design Maintenance of progressive tool Hands on operating of CAD software, SolidWorks, CATIA etc. Skilled in reading engineering drawings and tolerances Analytical approach for trouble shooting and problem-solving
