Role & responsibilities Responsible for New RFQ answerable Customer Contact in Design and Development of New Product Development, in PDE _Process and Application Engineering Department. Responsible for Preparation of different 3DCAD model Proposals for Customer fitments trials, Preparation of Technical Review Document, Generic DVP,CIR ,FTG preparing signoff with Customers Responsible for Preparation of Bill of material for Commercial and inhouse Customer focus Communicate with Finance TEAM members ,Purchases TEAM,QA&BD Preparing 3DCAD model in Creo8,Preparing drawings for IP parts, Coordinate the designs and present the results to onsite and provide immediate CAD, section study or design and feasibility feedback to all project stake holders (Design, Program Management,Quality,Purchases. etc) moving towards key deliverables Preparing global catalogue and customized tools and child parts send to Cross Functional TEAM members, Skillful with Analysis through Excel, and presentation through PowerPoint -write comprehensive technical design documentations, Responsible to track for Engineering change Notes, Help monthly savings, Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 2-3 years of Industrial Experience with Automotive background. • Experience in Automobile engineering with design and development of Plastic components and assemblies • Detail knowledge in New Product development activities • Excellent interpersonal skills, Vendor communications • Fluent in English • User of MS Office, CREO 8.0 as well as of AX-System.
