Junior Officer-Tenant Relations

As a Junior Officer-Tenant Relations at HiLITE Urban, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with tenants. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly. - Ensuring a smooth onboarding and handover process for new tenants, providing necessary assistance and information. - Coordinating various tasks related to tenant relations effectively to enhance tenant satisfaction. - Maintaining updated records of tenant communications and service logs for reference and tracking purposes. - Preparing and submitting reports on tenant issues, feedback, and action plans to improve overall tenant experience. - Following up on documentation requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree with an Accounts background is preferred. - Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in property/tenant management or retail operations. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with tenants. - Showcase strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant issues efficiently. This position is based in Calicut/Thrissur and offers a Full-time, Permanent job type with a day shift work schedule at the in-person work location.
