Junior Officer - Instrumentation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for carrying out planned or unplanned maintenance activities and repair activities on various instrumentation and control systems of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily troubleshooting of equipment during shift. - Maintain a daily log sheet and proper reporting matrix to the Executive. - Ensure timely calibration activity of equipment as per schedule and document it. - Ensure timely preventive maintenance as per equipment schedule. - Ensure equipment installation as per standards. - List out activities that have to be performed during shutdown. - Ensure the safe completion of work by following proper work permit, LOTO, and communication with Shift in charge. Immediately report unsafe activity to the concern department and actively participate in safety activities. - Check and inspect the functioning of critical interlocks by P&ID and ensure 100% functionality. - Read and understand manuals and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot through them. - Maintain instrument and workplace hygiene and cleanliness. Implement work standards like 5s, kaizen, and root cause of frequent breakdown. Qualifications Required: - ITI (Instrumentation) qualification. - 2-4 years of experience.
