Junior Officer - Instrumentation

Role Overview: As a Junior Officer - Instrumentation at our company located in Kandla, Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities and repair work on various instrumentation and control systems within the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily troubleshooting of equipment during shifts - Maintain a daily log sheet and reporting matrix to the Executive - Ensure timely calibration activities of equipment as per schedule and document them - Conduct timely preventive maintenance as per the equipment schedule - Ensure proper equipment installation according to standards - List activities to be performed during shutdown periods - Ensure the safe completion of work by following proper work permits, LOTO procedures, and communicating with the Shift in charge - Immediately report any unsafe activities to the concerned department and actively participate in safety activities - Check and inspect the functioning of critical interlocks by P&ID and ensure they are 100% functional - Read and understand manuals and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot effectively - Maintain instrument and workplace hygiene, implement work standards like 5S, kaizen, and root cause analysis of frequent breakdowns Qualifications Required: - ITI in Instrumentation - 2-4 years of experience Additional Details: You will use your knowledge of our company's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or resolve issues.
