1. Ensure Safety to involve in A4 sheeter Operations.
2. Ensure statutory inspection requirements of Checklist related to A4 cutter.
3. Knowledge on different qualities, GSM & sizes of paper
4. Knowledge on winding and Sheeting Operations.
5. Knowledge on defects during Winding and Sheeting Processes.
6. Prioritizing the orders for Finishing and fulfill OTIF
7. Inform any Safety/ Quality observations to the Shift In-Charge during Winding and Sheeting Processes
8. Work with cross functional teams for improving Safety/Quality/Production Requirements
9. Ensure proper labeling and data records as per the requirements
10. Shift wise production and Consumption booking in SAP
11. Ensuring the Housekeeping and Monitoring the Paper Losses and Packing material wastages
