Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain vendor records, agreements, pricing details, and compliance documents.
Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow up with vendors for on-time supply.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, quality, and finance teams for requirement planning and issue resolution.
Monitor vendor performance metrics (delivery timelines, quality issues, service levels) and prepare regular reports.
Support onboarding formalities, including data collection, document verification, and system updates.
Handle discrepancy cases such as shortages, quality deviations, and invoice mismatches, ensuring timely closure.
Assist in rate negotiations and revisions by providing supporting data and historical comparisons.
Maintain strong communication with vendors for routine coordination and escalations.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit requirements, and policy guidelines.

Required Skills:

Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain workflows
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar)
Proficiency in Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and structured working style
