Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Movie Poster Designer to join our film-focused design team. This role is dedicated to conceptualizing and designing movie posters, teaser posters, character posters, and motion posters that bring films to life and captivate audiences. If you love movies and storytelling through visuals, this is your opportunity to design for the big screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design theatrical posters, teaser posters, first-look posters, and character posters.
• Create motion posters and digital artworks for film promotions.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and film marketing teams to translate creative vision into posters.
• Deliver high-quality posters for print and digital platforms within deadlines.
• Stay updated with trends in movie poster design, cinematic layouts, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects for motion posters is a plus).
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and cinematic storytelling.
• Ability to design posters that reflect the tone, mood, and identity of films.
• Creativity, originality, and deep passion for movies and design.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills to meet tight film release schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in poster design.
• Freshers with strong movie poster portfolios are encouraged — above all, skills and creativity matter most.

Salary

₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA.
