Job Description: Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum Experience: Minimum 2 year experience Job Brief: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for marketing and advertising. Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies focused on generating sales through online platforms. Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to reach the target audience and drive conversions. Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in digital marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and visuals optimized for digital marketing platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in online and offline advertising. Strategic thinking and willing to create marketing collateral (case studies, etc.) Requirements: Punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail are essential qualities. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) Ability to work effectively within a team and continually enhance knowledge on the job. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram marketing. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and conversions through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Malayalam Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to drive results.
