Junior Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in merchandising and grow with an established company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire merchandising process from development to shipment for categories.
• Coordinate with senior merchandiser, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely sampling.
• Monitor production progress, handle buyer communications, and ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and vendors.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for production status and order tracking.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams on new collections.
• Follow up on lab dips, trims, fit approvals, and pre-production samples (PPS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, handling apperal garments.
• Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
