Job Title: Junior Marketing Specialist Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation on LinkedIn: Build relationships with IT professionals through LinkedIn.
• 
  Engage with potential customers via chat to understand their course requirements.
• 
  Obtain and share contact details (email and phone number) of interested individuals with the Sales IT team.
• 
  Daily Target Achievement: Generate 8-10 qualified leads daily.Collaboration & Coordination:
• 
  Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper follow-up of leads.Coordinate with Counsellors to address customer inquiries and requirements.
• 
  Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and approachable first impression while chatting with customers.
• 
  Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure effective communication.
• 
  Learning & Growth: Participate in training sessions to understand

Key Skills:

Education: Any graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in lead generation or marketing is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Basic understanding of IT training or willingness to learn.Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily targets.
