Junior Marketing Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas, institutions, organizations, and events to identify potential leads for drone training programs.
• Conduct on-ground surveys and interactions to understand customer requirements and interests.
• Collect accurate lead details, including name, contact information, requirement, and follow-up timelines.

Institutional & Corporate Outreach

• Approach colleges, schools, training institutes, construction companies, real estate firms, agriculture groups, media houses, and other relevant sectors.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, coordinators, and influencers to promote Drone Academy courses.
• Coordinate with institutions for seminars, demos, or awareness sessions.

Promotion & Brand Awareness

• Promote Drone Academy offerings, certifications, and career opportunities in drones.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials effectively.
• Represent the academy professionally during field visits, exhibitions, and local events.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain daily records of visits, leads generated, and follow-up status.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and lead generation reports to the reporting manager.

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with the inside sales/admissions team for timely follow-up and conversion.
• Assist in scheduling counseling sessions, demos, and training enrollments.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure interest and provide basic information.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in and around assigned locations.
• Basic understanding or interest in drones, aviation, or technology (preferred).
• Ability to collect and manage data accurately.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
