    We are seeking a Junior Market Research Consultant, referred to internally as an Analyst, to strengthen our project teams. In this position, you will

    earn the ropes of how we successfully run our client projects

    and

    gain valuable experience in supporting all phases of a market research project.

    In turn, through exposure to a diverse range of projects and tasks, you will be

    developed to become a comprehensive and versatile market researcher

    with growth opportunities in our company. You will be

    collaborating with a team of experienced, skilled and curious project leads and method experts,

    What Youll Bring
    • Minimum of 1 years hands-on experience in a quantitative primary research role (agency or client side preferred)
    • Successful completion of studies (i.e. Masters, PhD) in Business (i.e. Marketing, MBA), Social Sciences (i.e. Psychology) or a related field
    • Experience in working with primary quantitative survey data, i.e. creating questionnaires, collecting primary data, cleaning/validating data and charting/visualizing results
    • Knowledgeable in statistics and quantitative research methods
    • A sound mathematical understanding to analyse complex data
    • Skilled in using data analysis tools and software (SPSS, R etc.)
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
    • A proactive mindset and shows initiative, not afraid to ask questions and is naturally curious
    • Ability to seek information, drive own learning path, quickly learn technical and complex processes and then apply these readily
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both spoken and written)
    What Youll Do
    Your overarching purpose is to support our team in the necessary phases of all projects. In addition, you will be challenged to individually execute on certain phases, in close collaboration with the project leader. This position will assist in all operational tasks to ensure the smooth and successful execution of our projects. This includes planning and implementing robust quantitative research for ad-hoc and tracking projects. A large focus of this role will be working very closely with the data in order to allow our projects leads to deliver compelling storied to our clients. This involve data analysis, interpretation and visualization, as well as reporting and conceptualizing the results for the client presentations.
