Job Challenges: Ramp up of new installations in Foil - Twin Chamber furnace, Foil Mills, etc. - To achieve full capacity of foil volumes from the Rolling Mill system
 Rolling of Light Gauge and Ultra-light gauge foil at Foil Mills - Optimise the pass schedules and rolling practices in the cold mill, foil mills & Roll Grinder to maximize productivity & quality. Standardise processes to get certified for supplies to global customers in Foil in Bare and Cigarette Laminate segments Training of fresh and existing operatives to operate the new & modified equipments Establish, monitor & control the SMPs for equipment & utilities in Rolling Stream. Introduction of multi-skilling and multi-functioning amongst the operatives Changing the mindset of workforce from obstruction mentality to growth mentality Establishment of World Class Manufacturing Model, ERP, Integrated Quality, Environment & Safety Management systems Reduce cost of production in major areas such as Recovery, Specific Power consumption, Rolling Oil etc. Cater to Marketing needs of reliability and transparency in Production processes
