Junior Legal Associate

1) Contract Drafting :

• Should have good communication skills spoken as well as drafting.
• Assist in the drafting, review, vetting, and red-lining of various domestic and international contracts, including Services Agreements,
• Drafting basic legal documents for Construction projects; Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations; Preparing damage claims; Resolving buy-sell

2) Member Relations:

• He / She should be able to deal with the members in the first instance, should be able to deal with members’ queries pertaining to legal agreements.

3) Maintenance of Records :

• He/she will be responsible to maintain records of all legal agreements & documents. Should be taking up of follow ups with the members for completion of documentation pertaining to the contracts / L & L agreements as required from time to time.
• Should be conversant with SAP updating / computer software for updating data as required for MMRDA process for Mortgage and Member to Member Leave and License.
• Should be fluent in preparing Covering Letter and Handing over Original MMRDA NOC to respective Members for Mortgage and Member to Member Leave and License.
• Update MMRDA NOC list.
• Arrange agreement registration related documents and forward to Consultant. Should be capable of co-ordination with Consultants.
• Give updates to legal consultant on day-to-day legal department activities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Salary : 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA

Qualification : – Graduate plus LLB

Languages: English,Hindi,Gujarati

Good Communication Skill, Good Excel Knowledge Etc.

PS : Job location is Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai so Candidate from Mumbai location only need to be applied.

Also the organisaiton is six days working ( Monday to Saturday - 9.30 am to 6 pm)
