We are Florent Landscapes, India’s upcoming premium landscaping brand. We are hiring a **Junior Associate – Operations & Design**. 👉 Responsibilities: - Assist in client meetings, note-taking, and follow-ups. - Support landscape design team (2D/3D visualization basics, AutoCAD training can be given). - Handle quotations, project documentation, and coordination with vendors. - Manage basic computer tasks: MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email. - Be confident in speaking to clients (English/Hindi). 👉 Requirements: - Graduate (Commerce/Architecture/Design preferred, freshers welcome). - Good English communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Interest in design/architecture/landscaping is a plus. 👉 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (fixed) 🚀 Growth: Salary can increase up to ₹40,000+ within 6 months based on performance. ⚠️ Contract: Minimum 2 months. If the candidate leaves earlier, ₹9,000 penalty applies. If the company terminates without reason, ₹2,000 compensation will be given.
