Language skills:

Maintain laptop, printers, switches, routers, networking and associated IT related equipment in local/remote offices.

Handle hardware and software related requests in local/remote offices.

Maintain ITIL-based service desktop for incidents, service tickets, changes, issues etc.

Support international colleagues on computer (Windows and Mac)/server issues and application issues.

Basic understanding and working on Active Directory and Servers.

Handling On-Boarding and Off-Boarding requests.

Monitor, review and analyze logs/reports of system performance, network performance, data transfer history.

Coordinate with vendors for equipment/software/service purchasing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Maintain and update all IT related documents.

Develop reports for IT systems with IT infrastructure involved.

Promote innovative IT technology solution to support business process efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:

2-3 years working experience as system administrator and IT support in multi-national organizations.

Excellent communication skills in English. Can handle daily English communication with foreign colleagues and vendors through mail and phone calls

Good technical writing, presentation skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (Night Shift included)

Responsive and proactive on IT requests

Self-motivated, quick leaner, open-minded on IT related knowledge and willing to adapt changes, strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

Good To Have:

Hands-on experience in cloud computing- Microsoft 365, MDM(Intune/Jamf), Windows Server administration such as AD, Group Policy, NTFS etc.

Knowledge of ITIL based process and management, information security, IT compliance frameworks and best practices

Experience in ISO 27001 ISMS implementation is a plus

ITIL Foundation certificate, CCNA/MCSE engineers are preferred
