Junior IT Specialist

As a part of Collateral Medical Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable apps on Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS platforms. Additionally, you will assist with hardware/software troubleshooting, manage states efficiently, and help in managing systems, networks, and devices. Your role will involve documenting procedures, providing tech support to teams, and communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives. Furthermore, you will participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle. To excel in this role, you must have completed a degree in CS/IT or a related field and have 0 to 1 years of experience in developing mobile apps natively for iOS and/or Android. A good understanding of object-oriented principles, S.O.L.I.D., Clean Code, Design Patterns is essential. Experience with various Flutter libraries, Git, and other tools like Dart, BLoC, RxDart, GetX, etc is required. You should continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency and be familiar with Windows/macOS/Linux and networking basics. Exposure to REST APIs, Git, and basic database concepts is preferred. Unit-testing code for robustness and experience in building apps and software for consumer goods will be considered a bonus.
