Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Junior Interior Designer to join our team in Pune. In this on-site role, you will assist in creating innovative and functional interior design concepts, support space planning, and collaborate with senior designers on architectural and construction drawings. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions while selecting suitable FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) elements to complete their projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal in projects.
• Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Knowledge and experience in selecting and specifying Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to complement design projects.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate client ideas into practical designs.
• Proficiency in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience or internships in interior design or architecture will be considered a strong advantage.
