Junior Interior Designer

As a Junior Architect/Interior Designer at KGMI Services Private Limited, you will play a vital role in our modular furniture manufacturing company specializing in steel sheet fabrication and ancillary metal processing. With a strong team of over 100 employees, we are dedicated to creating an efficient and employee-friendly workplace environment. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in architectural planning, drafting, and coordination, focusing on the accurate preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM). A comprehensive understanding of construction materials, working drawings, and estimation techniques is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare BOQ and BOM for architectural and interior projects based on drawings and specifications. - Support site analysis, concept development, and design presentations. - Create layouts, plans, elevations, and sections for various projects. - Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Participate in site visits, final measurements, and progress tracking. - Maintain project documentation and filing systems. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related environment. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques. - Excellent visualization and presentation skills. - Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
