As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to strengthen our procurement function, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure cost-efficient sourcing of services and materials required for smooth operations. Role Overview: The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies to support staffing operations, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost control, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in procurement within the services sector (preferably staffing, outsourcing, or HR services), excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of vendor ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs and operational goals. Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for staffing services, office infrastructure, technology, and other operational requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms. Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of services. Monitor vendor performance, track KPIs, and address any service or delivery issues proactively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure procurement needs are aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends, supplier options, and industry best practices. Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance. Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards. Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and payment cycles in coordination with the finance team. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in staffing, HR outsourcing, facility management, or services sector. Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts. Strong understanding of commercial terms, vendor risk assessment, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite. Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial office fit-out projects across multiple sites. The candidate will oversee planning, budgeting, vendor management, quality control, and timely delivery of all development work aligned with client expectations and internal standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of multiple office fit-out projects (ranging from shell & core to client-ready spaces). Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution plans. Execution Oversight: Ensure on-site execution is aligned with design intent, timelines, safety standards, and cost estimates. Monitor daily/weekly progress at all active construction sites; flag delays and initiate corrective actions. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Engage, evaluate, and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure proper documentation, scope of work, SLAs, and performance tracking. Ensure all projects comply with statutory approvals, environmental clearances, and safety norms. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, snag lists, cost updates, and risk logs. Provide weekly updates to senior management on key project KPIs. Desired Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus). 10+ years of experience in managing commercial real estate fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, and interior fit-out workflows. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across locations. Proven experience in budget control, resource management, and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
