Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Creating detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and MS PowerPoint.
• Sourcing and selecting materials, furniture, and decor elements that align with the client’s vision and budget.
• Developing project budgets and timelines, and ensure projects are completed within set parameters.
• Communicating effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations and enhance their living or working spaces.
