Junior Inside Sales

Job Description: The role of Junior Inside Sales Executive involves supporting the sales team in various tasks including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating internal processes. This position is ideal for freshers who are keen on initiating their career in sales and customer management. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. - Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders. - Assist in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products or solutions. - Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM or internal systems. - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. - Aid the sales team in creating presentations, reports, and documentation. - Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers. - Conduct basic market research to discover new opportunities.
