In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business development through leads follow-up and researching target clients. You will generate new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions. Your role will involve managing the entire inside sales process to close new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information, submit orders, provide technical training to client staff, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will prepare sales engineering reports and contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying issues and recommending solutions. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to ERP/Industrial automation - Strong prior experience as a junior or mid-level inside sales engineer - Excellent communication and influencing skills, organized, and able to multitask effectively - Strong experience in consultative sales, ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets - B-tech with a Masters in Business Administration or similar qualifications preferred As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the benefit of working from home.
