Junior Information Security Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to support our Information Security Governance Manager in maintaining andexpanding our compliance programs, with a primary focus on ISO 27001:2022(Information Security Management) and ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management). These certifications are essential to our ability to maintainclient trust, meet regulatory obligations, and qualify for public sector bids.

Your Impact on the Mission:

• Assist in maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) documentation.
• Support risk assessment, treatment, and reporting activities.
• Monitor and follow up on compliance tasks and remediation actions across departments.
• Coordinate evidence collection for internal and external audits.
• Track andreport on security awareness training completion.
• Help maintain policy, procedure, and control documents to align with ISO requirements.
• Participate in incident reporting and business continuity testing.
• Maintain logs and registers (e.g., risk register, non-conformities, corrective actions).
• Support thedevelopment of KPIs and dashboards for governance reporting.

What Youll Bring to The Table About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a relatedfield.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance.
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and/or ISO 22301 principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficientin Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with audit processes or compliance tools (e.g., Vanta, One Trust, Confluence,etc.)
• Internship or previous experience in an information security, risk, or IT support role.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) is a plus.
