Job Description

You are a versatile and organized Junior HR and Office Assistant responsible for supporting HR and administrative operations. This role provides a dynamic opportunity for you to enhance your skills in both human resources and office management. - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment. - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications (phone, email, and mail), and maintaining office files. - Organize employee engagement activities and events. - Assist with tracking attendance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or policy reviews. - Provide general support to other departments as needed. You will be working part-time in the evening shift with a hybrid remote work location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree. A year of total work experience is preferred, and proficiency in English is required.,
