Junior Graphic & Motion Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Junior Graphic & Motion Designer with 2–3 years of experience who can create stunning visual content—both static and motion-based. From eye-catching social media posts to engaging animated videos, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life across platforms.

This is a hybrid role that demands both strong graphic design fundamentals and a flair for motion graphics and animation.

What You’ll Do

Design digital creatives including social media posts, website banners, ads, presentations, brochures, and other collateral.

Create short-form motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, explainers, and UI walkthroughs

Edit and enhance video content with animated text, transitions, and visual effects

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts

Maintain visual consistency across all design outputs and brand touchpoints

Stay up to date with industry trends in both static and motion design

What You’ll Need

2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and motion graphics

Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion work (animations, reels, explainer clips, etc.)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma

A good sense of timing, visual rhythm, typography, and layout

Basic video editing skills and familiarity with sound syncing

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a keen visual eye

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with 2D character animation or basic 3D motion (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)

Understanding of UI/UX design and interactive prototyping tools.
