Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational experience in the graphic design field, enhance their portfolios, and contribute fresh ideas to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers as well as independently work to develop visual concepts for digital and print media.
• Create graphics and layouts for marketing materials, packaging, logos and websites.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts align with our brand identity and are visually appealing.
• Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.
• Stay updated with current design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years’ experience in a graphic design or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and respond openly to feedback.
• Familiarity with social media design and digital marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
