We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational experience in the graphic design field, enhance their portfolios, and contribute fresh ideas to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers as well as independently work to develop visual concepts for digital and print media. Create graphics and layouts for marketing materials, packaging, logos and websites. Ensure all graphics and layouts align with our brand identity and are visually appealing. Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly. Stay updated with current design trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years’ experience in a graphic design or similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and respond openly to feedback. Familiarity with social media design and digital marketing is a plus. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
