Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview The Graphic Designer & Content Creator will be responsible for creating visual and written content that enhances our brand visibility and drives engagement across all digital platforms. You will handle everything from concept planning and design to basic post strategy for social media and sales campaigns. Key Responsibilities:  Content Strategy & Planning Develop creative content ideas and strategies for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns. Research trends in education, skills, and career growth to propose fresh, relatable post concepts. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar with the marketing team. Design & Content Creation Design eye-catching posts, infographics, PDFs, brochures, and presentations for marketing and sales use. Create visually consistent content that aligns with our brand tone and target audience. Write post captions, taglines, and short marketing copy to accompany visuals. Prepare educational content layouts (course infographics, program PDFs, student success visuals, etc.). Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma to produce high-quality output. Requirements Any years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation (internship experience acceptable for entry-level roles). Proficiency in Canva ; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus. Strong understanding of content marketing and visual communication. Excellent sense of design, color, typography, and layout. Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and post engagement strategies. Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bonus: Basic video editing or reel design skills.
