Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Head Graphic Designer with a strong creative mindset and leadership potential to assist in managing design projects and collaborating closely with the business head.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client briefs & brand requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Head to create requirements and design directions for each project.
• Translate marketing and branding requirements into highly engaging and visually attractive designs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in graphic design.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for design and visual storytelling.
• Present ideas confidently and participate in internal/client pitches.
• Multitask efficiently and adapt to different tones of communication based on brand and audience.
• Show high attention to detail and a commitment to design accuracy.
• Accept and apply constructive feedback from peers and clients.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new tools and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Skills:

Software Proficiency:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW

Design & Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Color Theory, Proportions, Layouts, and Communication Design
• Proficient in working with Graphics, Illustrations & Vectors
• Basic UI/UX design skills
• Experience with mock-ups, web design, and multimedia presentation
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus
• Adaptive design sensibility with an eye for visual detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 to 1.5 year of total relevant work experience in graphic design
