Junior Graphic Designer

As a Creative Designer at this company, your role involves developing and designing creatives for various digital platforms, such as social media posts, website banners, emailers, and advertisements. You will be creating visual content for internal communication, C&PS campaigns, hiring collaterals, product documents, and corporate decks. Additionally, you will be responsible for capturing images and videos, as well as editing and creating reels and videos. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design creatives for digital platforms like social media posts, website banners, emailers, and advertisements. - Create visual content for internal communication, C&PS campaigns, hiring collaterals, product documents, and corporate decks. - Capture images and videos and edit and create reels and videos. - Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints by ensuring visual consistency, color palettes, fonts, iconography, and tone. - Collaborate with marketing, HR, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver design assets as per timelines. - Edit images and design layouts for case studies, brochures, event creatives, and pitch decks. - Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet accessibility best practices. - Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files. - Stay updated with design trends and technology innovations in IT and SaaS branding. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (Figma is a plus). - Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. - Ability to understand complex technical or business concepts and translate them into simple, visually appealing designs. - Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. - Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
