Junior Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and detail, who will primarily focus on presentation design (80%) and support graphic design (20%) needs. This role involves creating visually engaging and brand-aligned presentations, along with occasional support for marketing and design assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and enhance PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Transform data and content into visually appealing, easy-to-understand slides.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with company branding and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand presentation objectives and translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Design custom graphics, infographics, and icons for use within presentations.
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Support marketing and social media design requirements (posts, reels, thumbnails, etc.).
• Assist in creating digital and print collaterals such as event graphics.
• Edit and retouch images when needed.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in presentation or graphic design.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple visual formats.
