Junior front Line Technical Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery/equipment.
• Assist in installation, servicing, and repair of technical systems.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and report issues.
• Support senior technicians/engineers in technical projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.
• Document operational activities and report to supervisors.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for minor issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical instructions/manuals.
• Good problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in field or shop-floor conditions.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related trade.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may be considered).
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
